Standard Items - €5.95

The items will be dispatched from our Online Store and delivered by An Post. You will be emailed with a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched


Bulky Items - €50.00

Bulky items require special handling. This will be notified to you at the checkout prior to you completing your purchase

Only one ‘Delivery Charge’ will apply per online order. If you buy a €5.95 delivery item and a €15 delivery item, the €15 delivery charge will apply

Delivery Times

Small & medium orders will be shipped in 2-3 working days. Large orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days. Bulky/oversized orders will be ‘order dependent’

Local orders (within 30km) will be 1-2 working days

Delivery date may be affected by stock availability and location of delivery however a member of staff will be in contact in such a situation

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak times there may be a delay due to over capacity with our courier services



Any Damages/Breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via our online store or email


Machine Deliveries

Nationwide Delivery of Home Appliances - €30 (American Fridge Freezers/Ranges are €50)

If you wish to send back your old appliance after purchase, please make sure the item is disconnected and ready for return


Returns Policy

When you purchase online or by phone you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the goods are received by you. You then have a further fourteen 14 days to return the goods to us following your notification to us of your intent to return the goods

The goods must be returned in the original packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. You may examine the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning but you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software onto them. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them

Unfortunately, we do not offer Free Returns and any return shipping costs must be paid by the customer or items can be returned to our Store on Main Street, Dingle

In the interests of hygiene, haircare, electric blankets, headphones and Bluetooth headsets cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging. Items such as memory cards and software must still be sealed
